PRIVATE REHAB TRAINING - 10 PACK
10 SESSIONS - These sessions assist with injury recovery, chronic pain and help with setbacks for those who engage in a regular fitness routine or athletic events (fight training). Movement assessment is included where needed and your program will be progressive. Also recommended as a start for beginners and those who attend regular remedial treatment but do not have any exercise plan in place - this session can include a full work out to improve overall fitness and function, working safely with the area of concern.
REHAB/RECOVERY SESSION (1 of 10 pack)
10 Pack Recovery session (commitment of 10 sessions). Booking is for 1 of 10 pre-planned sessions. Includes a combination of rehab training and mobility exercise, along with manual therapy which may include, dry needling, cupping, theragun, sports massage and taping. To assist with pain, tension, injury recovery and prevention to further enhance your training performance. Hicaps avail.

Targeted treatment is recommended to achieve a better result, please prioritise your area of concern and aim to treat in separate appointments. Geared towards athletes however this is beneficial for everyone! Uses specific techniques to increase mobility, flexibility and to reduce tension. Prevent injury and promote faster recovery. Great for pre and post event. A regular sports massage may boost physical performance and enhance strength and endurance. Make sure to speak to Tash if you have an event coming up so appropriate techniques and timing can be implemented. If you have area or injury requiring a more targeted treatment please book for remedial /recovery therapy.
