Friday - Arrival & Welcoming

Welcome drinks and brief orientation. Settle into your luxurious suite or shared double occupancy rooms.
8:00 PM: Gentle Yoga Session
An introductory gentle yoga class focusing on releasing travel fatigue and easing into the retreat experience.
9:00 PM: Welcome Gathering (optional)
An informal gathering to meet fellow participants, overlooking the moonlit sea.
9:30 PM: Rest
Return to rooms for a restful night, embracing the first type of rest: Physical rest.

Saturday - Exploration of Rest & Nature
Morning:
7:00 AM: Energizing Yoga Practice
A session designed to awaken the body and mind, preparing for the day ahead.
8:30 AM: Breakfast Buffet
A gorgeous buffet-style breakfast with a variety of local and international options.
9:30 - 11:00 AM: Personal Time & Rest
Time to explore personal rest, engage in journaling, or enjoy the hotel amenities.
Afternoon:
11:00 AM: Optional Nature Walk
Guided nature walk around Kouri Jima, focusing on sensory and creative rest.
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Free Time
Leisure time for pool, gym, spa treatments, or exploring the island on your own.
4:00 PM: Lecture on the 7 Types of Rest
An interactive session identifying and understanding the seven types of rest and how to incorporate them into daily life.
Evening:
6:00 PM: Dinner
A nutritious and delicious meal to nourish the body and soul.
8:00 PM: Yoga Nidra Session
A deep relaxation technique and meditation session, emphasizing mental and emotional rest.

Sunday - Integration & Farewell
Morning:
7:00 AM: Reflective Yoga Practice
A yoga session focusing on integrating the experiences and learnings about rest.
8:30 AM: Breakfast Buffet
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, reflecting on the retreat experiences.
10:00 AM: Closing Circle
A group session to share insights, experiences, and farewells.
10:50 PM: Checkout
Participants check out, taking with them a deeper understanding of rest and rejuvenation.

Included in the Retreat:

Two buffet-style breakfasts, showcasing local and international cuisine.
All yoga sessions and the lecture on the 7 types of rest.

Not Included:
Transportation to and from the hotel.
