Gemstone Membership Terms:

I. Initial massage for the month is for the given service associated with the individual membership.

II. Additional Massage Discounts can be used for any other service or length of service.

III. Discounted upgrades includes Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Cryotherapy, or any other add on or upgrade
Under Pressure Therapeutics may add in the future.

IV. Discounts on products is currently listed for Young Living Essential Oils, Massage Blocks, and The Orchard salt products. Should Under Pressure Therapeutics add more products, an addendum to the membership may be assessed for the member to take part in new membership benefits.

V. The Birthday Bonus allows members to enjoy an additional massage during the month of their birthday for 50% off. Buddies also get to have 50% an additional massage the month of their birthday.

VI. Refer a friend and get even more discounts. If a referred friend comes in for a session, members can take 25% off an additional massage. Should that friend sign up for a membership, the member who referred them gets 50% off an additional massage. Note: These are not stackable, nor can the member use both— it’s either 25% off should a friend come in for a single service or 50% off for a friend who signs up for a membership. Members can use this additional massage up to 6 months after referred friend comes in.

VII. Members enjoy a continuous 10% off gift certificates. Gift certificates bought online are not discounted, nor do we have the ability to generate a discount code. Should a member need to purchase a gift certificate online, the difference for that member will be applied to their account as a credit.

Please acknowledge our policies as part of your membership:

1. This membership contract is for 6 months.After the initial 6 months of this contract, a month-to-month contract initiates until membership is cancelled.
2. Should the member decide to cancel membership, Under Pressure Therapeutics requires 30 days’ notice for cancellation, our early termination fee is $100. Any remaining service or credits must be used within 30 days of cancelling membership.If any are unused, member forfeits remaining credits.
3. Memberships are eligible for discounts because members agree to have the fee for their monthly massage auto debited form their account.Members get to choose the 1st, 7th, 15th, 21st or 28th as their auto debit day.If member needs to change the day, member agrees to give Under Pressure Therapeutics a minimum of 3 days’ notice.
4. The singular individual chosen to also use this membership, also called a Buddy, (spouse, child, etc) must be the only individual associated with this membership for a minimum of 6 months.Then the member can change the associated individual which also must be the only individual associated for a minimum of 6 months.Should a life changing event occur, changing the associated individual will require a written agreement. Keep in mind Students have special discounts.
5. Should a member need to change information pertaining to their auto debit agreement (ie. card number, billing address, etc) the member will notify Under Pressure Therapeutics at least 3 business days prior to their auto debit.
6. Members will respect the 24 hour cancellation policy for services—failure to cancel or reschedule massages within 24 hours will result in the member being charged full price for the missed service.
7. Members who fail to observe the 24 hour cancellation policy 3 times within one year forfeit their membership and cannot sign up for another membership.
8. Should a member be unable to utilize their monthly massage during that month, that massage can roll over for 30 days for use. Members can only have one service roll over.
9. Members understand that additional massage discounts are not stackable.This means one discount per massage.Discounts for referring friends can be utilized up to 6 months after referred friend comes in for their first session on an additional service
