Complete Anxiety Reduction and Prevention Care Package
We are offering unique, highly efficient 4 hour treatment plan to reduce general anxiety and stress. Firstly, we help to bring stress levels down and secondly we teach how to maintain these. These sets of skills are all designed to be effective in the NOW. Once learned, always available to use. 4 sessions - 4 weeks (1 session per week)
1. Session - Introduction to 3 Steps. How the brain works and how anxiety is created. Habitual brain and what techniques are the most effective in stress reduction.
2.Session - Relaxation techniques. Easy, step by step relaxation techniques for you to practice at home to create the state of physical and emotional calm.
3.Session - Resourcefulness. We will teach you how to resource from your skills and abilities and how to apply these to create effective changes now. We will teach you how to let go of unwanted behavioural, emotional and thought patterns. We will teach you how you can utilize your own learnings to create ongoing and effective self care.
4.Session - Relationships. We will introduce to you the tools for positive social interactions, how to use language to improve relationships and help towards confidence in social settings.
Based in Neuroscience and Solution Focused. You will receive full course notes with exercises and further suggested resources.
