I understand that:

a coach is not a doctor or psychiatrist.

All sessions are confidential but if questioned by police a coach must answer fully.

Some client examples may be used in teaching or marketing material. All identifying information will be kept confidential.

Payment will be required before sessions begin and the client agrees to schedule all sessions within a 120 day period.

Cancellations of packages and refunds will be resolved on a case by case basis.

Payment plans will charge monthly. Making the first payment is a commitment to follow through with your package and continue payments.

Special sessions require full payment up front and expire in 30 days.

As your coach, Amy will always show up and hold space for you.

As a client, I agree to attend each session. If I need to reschedule, I will do so more than 24 hours before our appointment or I may forfeit that session.
