1.Subscriptions

By subscribing to monthly workplace massages, subscribed persons acknowledge that they will be committing to a monthly Membership Fee payable via Stripe, payable on the day of subscription and on the same day of each subsequent month thereafter, until expiry of the Subscription or cancelled according to the conditions specified in Section 3 (whichever comes sooner).

2. Missed Subscription payments

If any subscribed person is experiencing difficulty meeting the monthly subscription, please contact Helen Richards at helen@thelittlecalmcompany.com Unfortunately, if a subscription payment is missed, the membership account will be suspended until payment is received in full.

3. Cancellation

Subscribed persons may cancel their subscription at any time, with a months notice.

4. Change of date: The Little Calm Company reserves the right to charge in full, if the client cancels within 48 hours of the booking. A 50% fee will be charged if cancelled within 7 days of the booking.
