72 Hour Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee. Depending on what is relevant to your appointment type, the amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services or 1 session will be taken away from any and all packages or charged $200 for any Botox and Filler appointment. Deposit will be lost. This policy also applies to No Shows, when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling.

Please note we give a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your appointment AND we will automatically charge you for the services according to the same terms in the above cancellation fee. We will do our best to accommodate you upon arrival and will apply the charge to your service payment.

How To Cancel or Request Change?

Cancellations or requests for change of appointment time must be in writing via email to info@attainmedspa.com . We cannot accommodate cancels or changes via Instagram DM or via phone as we are often in service.
