Purchased gift certificates are non-refundable. No exceptions*
The code that is generated when purchasing the certificate is required when redeeming it at your appointment. If you don't have the code we will be unable to redeem your gift certificate.
Staff will not be able to look up certificate records if you or the recipient cannot locate the code.
Amount is valid toward any services with Nicole at Beautiful Ink.
If amount on certificate is not used in full when redeeming, your balance will be adjusted under the certificate code record. (Excludes donated gift certificates. Whole balance must be used at appointment)
A valid, photo ID is required at every appointment. Without this, service will be refused and any deposit or certificate value may be subject to forfeiture.
Age requirement for getting tattooed is 18 years old. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Nicole Fenoff, Beautiful Ink Tattoo Studio and Blue Magic Tattoo Studio, LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
Note* Gift certificates purchased under Blue Magic Tattoo Studio, LLC are still valid and redeemable with Nicole for tattoo services at Beautiful Ink in Cumberland, RI. Appointments required*
