Terms and ConditionsWhilst all efforts are made to run sessions as scheduled, at times things can and do occur that result in a class cancellation. If this occurrence takes place, a full refund of any monies pre paid for a session will be given to the participant(s) or their payment can be carried forward to the next available booking. The choice being that of the client. If for some reason the class participant needs to cancel a booking, the participant has 12 hours before the commencement of class in which to cancel without charge. If a cancellation is made after the 12 hour window full class charges will be made. It is also understood that emergencies can and do occur for class participants as well. In such cases, any monies that have been paid towards a class can be used towards the next available booking at the discretion of the class provider. This will be provided on the understanding that the class participant notifies the class provider by means of txt or email of the need to cancel the booking in a timely manner. If a class participant regularly cancels their bookings with less than 12 hours notification, they may be unable to book for future classes. If for any reason a class participant wishes to discuss this process or dispute a charge for a cancellation booking all avenues of communication will be open.
