Terms and Conditions for New Mummy Co. Packages.

* 6 week Yoga/Dance/Fitness packages are valid for 90 days from the date of booking.

* Clients are under no obligation to book a package or service when availing of the any free 15 minute introductory consultation offered by our service providers.

* The New Mummy Company is committed to providing you with exceptional service. When a client cancels without providing adequate notice unfortunately they prevent another client from booking a time slot. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your class or appointment. Within 1 days the class will be locked and you will be unable to reschedule or cancel the class. This will be viewed as a no show for the appointment / class.

* Any advice from our service providers does not replace your relationship with your Doctor or healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice and we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decisions.

Cancellation Policy for Prenatal Yoga / Mom & Baby Yoga / Pelvic Floor Restore / Strollerfit / Mom & Baby Dance Classes

We understand things come up , especially when you are a mom-to-be or a new mom. To provide you with the flexibility we do allow your 6 class package to be taken anytime with 90 days. This allows plenty of time slots to schedule your classes around life as things pop up.

We do have a strict 24 hour notice period to cancel or reschedule your class. Any class cancelled less than 24 hours will be forfeited.

Any no-show to a class will be forfeited.

Any 6 class packages not used within the 90 day period will be forfeited.

We have limited space and our classes can book out, to be fair to all our class attendees and instructors the 24 hour notice period is non negotiable.
