I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
Cancellations: You must cancel within 24 hours of our session, less an emergency situation. If you are a no call-no show, you will be responsible for the full session payment. Thank you for honoring the value of your session.
Rescheduling: You must reschedule within 24 hours of our session, less an emergency situation. If you reschedule later than that time, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of $25.
*You may cancel/reschedule via your Acuity client log-in, or via text/call or email.
Programs: See your program contract for more details. You are responsible for scheduling yourself according to the above agreements. You are responsible for full program payment in the agreed upon manner. No refunds will be issued after the start of your program.
Subscriptions: You are responsible for scheduling your session each month. If you miss scheduling yourself, you are still committed to paying for that session, and you can roll it over to a later time. You can cancel your subscription anytime. Refunds will not be processed for sessions already paid for, so be sure to cancel before your billing payment is due.
