Upon the purchase of any of these packages and programme, I agree:-

that Sundaram Space is not required to provide me a refund if I change my mind about the services I asked for.
that I can choose to cancel my contract and receive refund on unconsumed services if the service has major problem. That means the service is very different from our original discussion and cannot be easily rectified within a reasonable time upon private discussion with Ashni.
that I will need to complete all my session(s) within:
- 90 days for 3 sessions package. (i.e. Speak Up Package etc)
- 150 days for 5 sessions package. (i.e Stand Out Package etc)
- 210 days for 7 sessions package. (i.e Stay On Top etc)
that if I don't show up for my session, half of the session time will be deducted from my package and the rest remain as a 60 day credit.
that this is only the general terms and conditions and there will be specific terms applicable to my sessions within the session booking.
that for Luminary Mastery™ programme, I will receive a personalised PDF copy of the programme contract with full terms and conditions for my review, discussion and signature before / during my programme.
and trust that Ashni/Sundaram Space will take the utmost care of my personal and sensitive information. I give permission for my record to be kept within Sundaram Space for reference of my progress and education purposes only. I understand that I can ask for my personal information to be deleted at anytime in my own discretion.
