Powerhouse Coaching, Virtual Coaching, & Mastermind Group Ground Rules
Effective April 1, 2018
Congratulations. If accepted into a Powerhouse Coaching, Virtual Coaching, or Mastermind Group, the opportunity is strictly intended to aid you in the attainment of your personal and professional goals. The programs are designed to help you use focused, organized, and intelligently directed knowledge to produce the tangible results you desire in your life or business. It is our full-belief that your use of organized and intelligently directed knowledge, along with your personal effort and the principles shared in this coaching program or mastermind group, will provide for you the power and support you need to create and enjoy the results you desire, in keeping with the definite purpose of the program or group for which you are enrolling. As a participant, you will be required to adhere to the Ground Rules herein stated and listed below. If you cannot abide by these ground rules or uphold your commitments to yourself and the program or the group for which you are participating, your acceptance and admission into the program or group shall be forfeited and terminated under the three-strike policy. There will be no refunds for participants whose acceptance and admission has been terminated or forfeited as a result of violating the ground rules and not upholding their commitments. Again, the program that you are applying for has a three-strike policy. At strike-one, members forfeit 50-percent of their eligible refund. At strike-two, members forfeit 100-percent of their eligible refund. At strike-three members are terminated and restricted from rejoining the program or group without a unanimous vote by the powerhouse coaching and mastermind facilitation staff (the staff) for one-on-one coaching clients, and the staff and all existing members along with payment of penalties no less than 50-percent of the original enrollment price for mastermind group participants. The Powerhouse Director of Coaching and Mastermind Facilitation reserves the right to approve or disapprove any decision or votes made by the staff or group participants.
Rule No 1. FELLOWSHIP. This group or program has been established for the coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between all participants, coaching staff, and facilitators, for the attainment of a definite purpose. Therefore, no meeting shall commence with fewer than two persons, and NO ENROLLED MEMBER shall miss more than 25-percent of the scheduled meetings of the group or program and be permitted to enter or remain in the group or program. Each missed meeting will count as one strike.
Rule No 2. LEADERSHIP. Our mastermind group facilitators and program coaches will serve as the leaders and chairpersons of their respective groups or coaching programs. He or She may be assisted by a co-facilitator or coach, and together, they will be responsible for using educational resources, discussions, questions, exercises, assignments, and other such methods or tasking's to help establish rapport, build harmony, and provide focused direction and discussion for the success of the group or coaching client. All members will actively participate and contribute their knowledge, ideas, and insights to ensure the success of the group or program.
Rule No 3. RESPECT. Members are expected to have differing beliefs, views, and opinions, and occasionally references will be made to the spiritual forces of the universe. However, this group or program has not been organized for negatively-debating such ideas or disparaging and disrespecting the beliefs, views, and opinions of others. Such will not be permitted. And no more than 3 warnings shall be given to any individual member. All participants will show respect by being on time and keeping background noises, distractions, and interruptions to a minimum. Each violation stated and assessed by the group facilitator or coach shall be counted as a strike.
Rule No 4. CONFIDENTIALITY. Our coaching sessions and mastermind groups are closed and confidential, and except for personal ideas generated and taken away from the group for your personal or professional implementation, the discussions and actions of the group shall remain confidential. Participants shall be allowed to provide their testimonies to encourage and inspire future participation but shall not be allowed to discuss the names and identifying information of group participants without those participants' full consent and the consent of Powerhouse Motivations. Any member found in violation of this confidentiality rule shall be assessed three strikes and immediately terminated. Guest speakers and presenters may be invited only at the discretion of the group facilitator. Such invites will be known in advance and on an infrequent basis.
Rule No 5. ACCOUNTABILITY. Members will be expected to support and encourage the success and continuously improving efforts or attempts by fellow members to take positive actions towards the realization of their desires. That said, when called upon, members will share their victories, wins, and newfound opportunities with the group. Members shall also be held accountable for not completing actions they to which previously committed. Reneging and failing to take action on multiple occasions will result in a member's termination and forfeiture of any refund. Each violation stated and assessed by the group facilitator shall be counted as a strike.
Rule No 6. FOCUS. Members are encouraged to FOCUS and Follow One Course Until Successful. The focus of this group will be as stated when members enrolled. It is expected that you will become very close with your coach, your facilitators, and fellow participants over the course of the program. However, this is not a networking event or an opportunity to solicit and sell your products and services or recruit members for your endeavors, even though we fully expect you to share information about your endeavors and opportunities. There will be no obligation for the staff or other members to endorse, share, take part in, or purchase your offerings.
