By continuing you are acknowledging that you have read, and fully agree to all of the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

This AGREEMENT details the CONTRACT you are agreeing to through your purchase of this Program. This Coaching Agreement is between:

YOU [INSERT YOUR NAME HERE] ("CLIENT")

THE PROGRAM:

I/the Client acknowledge and accept that I am solely responsible for deciding which of the tools and techniques I utilize.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

I/the Client acknowledge and agree that the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for coaching programs, services and related tools or products.

LEGAL & BINDING AGREEMENT:

This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. This Agreement may be entered into and is legal and binding regardless of country or state of residence, and regardless of location at time of entering into agreement (time of purchase). The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

SEVERABILITY:

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If the Court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or enforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
