I agree to the NSEF Payment & Rescheduling Policy, outlined as follows:
1. Clients who enroll in the EF Coaching Subscription Plan agree to meet weekly with their coach at a designated day & time for individualized 50-minute coaching sessions.
2. EF Coaching represents both a financial and scheduling commitment. Coaching subscriptions renew every 4 weeks with sessions booked at the same timeslot each week, unless otherwise specified.
3. Coaching sessions are expected to begin and end on time. If the client cancels or requests to reschedule a session with less than 48-hour notice, client shall pay the full fee for that session.
4. Clients have the right to a Coach Match Guarantee. If the initial coaching session does not prove to be a good match, NSEF will re-match the client with another coach or refund the remaining sessions in the subscription plan. Client must make this request, in writing, within 48-hours after the initial session. After this time, coaching sessions are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
5. If there is a need to address additional questions or concerns beyond the scheduled weekly 50-minute session time, all services related to a case including extra one-on-one coaching sessions, parent coaching sessions, scheduled and unscheduled phone sessions, consultation with outside providers, requested report writing and/or educational plan preparation will be prorated and billed accordingly.
