I'm often asked two questions distance Reiki healing sessions. What is it? What do I need to do?

Reiki is an energy healing technique known to provide relaxation, peace, openness and clarity. I include a personal Crystal Chakra reading and tap into the wisdom of Angels with oracle cards as part of your session.

All you need to do during your session is get comfortable, relax and listen to relaxing music if you like. Be open to healing energies being sent to you!
