By signing up to any Release Your Inner American package, you agree to the following:

1.You will make payments on time and in full, or else be excluded from participating until payment is made in full.

2. You agree to participate in full, every week, if booking a weekly service. Missing classes for any reason other than personal illness, tragedy, auditions or jobs will not be refunded.

3. Private coaching sessions may be rescheduled using the "reschedule" button on reminder and confirmation emails. If missing Weekly American Workout for a legitimate reason, as stated previously, you can make up the class either at one of the alternative sessions that week, or the following month, to be decided by Barbara. Make-up sessions are at Barbara's sole discretion, and not an entitlement.

4. Should Barbara need to cancel a service for any reason, you will offered compensation in the form of a) a private or group session at a later date and/or time, b) a 30 minute private session or c) a refund of the equivalent fee for the private session or group class. Compensation is at Barbara's discretion, and you agree to accept what is offered. Where possible, Barbara will do her best to accommodate your needs, but ultimately the decision on how to compensate is hers.

5. You agree to be respectful of others AT ALL TIMES. Should you display aggressive, profane, disrespectful or abhorrent behaviour at ANY time during class, Barbara reserves the right to remove you from the class without compensation. Abhorrent behaviour includes, but it not limited to the following: racism, sexism, religious discrimination/bias, ageism, bigotry, and any other negatively impactful behaviour.

6. You agree to not disclose any industry or personal information about others to anyone else that you learn during a private session or group class. Barbara agrees to the same.

7. If in a group calss, you agree to have fun and do your best to encourage others along their accent journey.
