I understand that, all payments are refundable and transferable if appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 6 hours prior to appointment time.

I understand that, if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment, I can do so with my confirmation or reminder email at least 6 hours prior to my scheduled appointment time. If I don't cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours prior to my appointment time my monies, certificate, or voucher WILL BE FORFEITED!!
