Spinning babies is a modern concept based on a very old one, that of using movement and gravity to achieve better fetal positioning. This will help during pregnancy and have a shorter labour. The session is 2 hr long and different techniques are explained that can both be used during pregnancy and labour. After the session, you will have access to an ebook which will be a reference to go back to. The session is conducted by Ms Maria Schembri midwife/certified spinning babies instructor.
