This package includes access to 8 Pilates group or ChromoYoga classes.

The mat/barre classes combine traditional Pilates with ballet bar to help build strength, sculpt your core and legs, and tone your entire body. Each class will combine 25 minutes on the bar, and 25 minutes on the mat.

The classical mat Pilates classes focus on a set sequence performed on classical mats designed specifically for this purpose. A series of 34 exercises are performed to help develop intense core strength and overall body conditioning.
