Please read the following terms and conditions, click the checkbox to agree:1. There are no refunds on any memberships as you have the ability to end your membership at any time. 2. Refunds can be granted on individual classes and packages purchased outside of a membership under a case-by-case basis within 24 hours.3. Classes in a membership cannot be transferred to another student. 4. Late arrival to classes in most cases cannot be given extra time following class. Classes start at the appointed time and end 5 minutes to allow for clean-up and notation of class notes, homework, etc.5. Missing of costume deadlines for conventions and events are not the responsibility of the School. Our job is to give you a plan and direction with building a garment or project, but ultimately, it is the responsibility of the student.6. If you are not feeling well, please do not come to class. That said, please eat and be well rested as sewing and various techniques require much concentration. 7. You are good to cancel up to an hour before classes with Jez, 2 hours with other instructors.8. If you wish to do a tiktok, video, any type of media, please disclose this through E-mail to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org prior so we can facilitate your request. We want to look our best for you!9. Remember that Memberships are exactly that, a Membership - it is a monthly charge, like a gym. We have policies in place such as you are allowed to pause your membership ONCE a year for up to two months. Please see your E-mail with more details regarding your membership that you will usually receive 24 hours upon receipt.10. If you need to pause your membership, are having financial issues, or need to change it - talk to us! We are more than understanding and we will do our best to help you work through your difficult time. We're not a faceless corporation - we're a group of teachers who sincerely care about you and your well being. That said, please do not just cancel to pause your membership without talking to us first.
