Enjoy 10 hours of pure relaxation and recovery in a private space. You choose how you spend your time with options to use the infrared sauna, ice bath and luxury waterfall shower. Our staff will assist you with ideas on using contrast therapy or generally about timings for each piece of equipment.
The room is set up for relaxation so whilst using the sauna and ice bath is recommended please also use the space to sit and relax, read a book or practice some yoga/meditation. We want you to get the most out of your RECVOVER experience.
Please bring swim wear that is to be worn at all times unless showering.

- You are able to book 30min, 1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2 hours with this package.
- You are able to share this package with ONE other person who you will nominate when coming in for your first session and whose details we will collect alongside signing our waivers & T's & C's.
- This package expires 180 days from the day of purchase. Any remaining time will be forfeited.
- Must be 18 years of age or over.
