- Phone or email advice outside of sessions for injuries if needed at no extra cost
- unused appointments can be rolled over or you can gift to family or friends to use

Cancel anytime with just a couple of clicks (but if you choose to rejoin it will be at whatever the current rate is at time of rejoining and this might be higher) as long as there are spaces available
