48 hours Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Please note that regardless of circumstances, bookings not cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the start time will be charged at full rate. Bookings may be officially cancelled via:

this online booking system or
by writing an email at: studio@soundyourvoice.uk

In the event of a late cancellation or rescheduling (less than 48 hours notice) or a no-show, the prepaid lesson or workshop fee will be forfeited.

Refund policy
Lesson and workshop fees paid in advance are always redeemable (before their expiry date) but not refundable or transferable. If a prepaid lesson or workshop attendance is ‘early’ cancelled before the 48 hours cancellation deadline, it will be credited to you and may be applied to a future booking, so long as it is used up before its expiry date (see below).

Expiry Dates
All prepaid lesson and workshop fees have a date when they expire:

5 x 60-Minute or 30-Minute Voice Lesson Bundles: 90 days from date of purchase
6 x 60-Minute Voice Lesson Bundles: 5th of July 2024
10 x 60-Minute or 30-Minute Voice Lesson Bundles: 180 days from date of purchase
30-Minute and 60-Minute Lessons: 30 days from date of purchase
60-Minute Taster Session: 30 days from date of purchase
Gift Certificates: 180 days from the date of purchase. This is the last date the code will be valid. This does not affect the date the appointment actually occurs.

Tardiness
If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. This loss of time will not be made up at another time. If you arrive on time but the previous lesson runs late, you will be given your full-allotted time.

Teacher Cancellation
If I need to cancel a lesson or workshop, a make-up lesson or alternative workshop date may be booked at a time that is mutually convenient.
