Individual Movement Feedback or Money is Love classes may be canceled occasionally. No classes on major US Holidays. No refund will be issued.
By signing up for any class or package, I (the "Participant") have read, understand, and willingly sign this Release and Waiver of Liability (the “Waiver”) to Infinite Love Movement feedback, movementfeedback.com, lovehzmovement.com, Joan Yue, class co-hosts and assistants, support staff, and Love Hz Consulting, LLC (the “Organization”).
The Organization is not engaged in rendering professional services, counseling, psychotherapy, or medical help. If I need any professional services, such as counseling, psychotherapy, medical advice or other help, then I am totally responsible for seeking and obtaining services of competent professional(s).
Movements are critical to identify myths and release energy blocks. All classes offered involve some dancing, shaking, stretching, and/or rotating movements. If I have any physical discomfort, I need to consult my physician before attending any classes. During any class, I am totally responsible for my physical safety and make sure that I don’t hurt myself by moving beyond comfortable ranges. I also give the permission for the class to be video recorded and shared with the class participants. Reviewing the videos will facilitate students moving forward. The videos will be accessible to the class participants on Dropbox for 6 months from the class occurring time and downloadable by the class participants. The class participants are not permitted to share the videos with non-participants and are responsible for keeping the confidentiality.
Facilitator(s) of the classes will give you feedback on myths to stop and how to move forward, you are solely accountable for stopping myths and taking actions to gain benefits and produce results.
I hereby indemnify, release, hold harmless and forever discharge the Organization and from any and all claims, demands, debts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, injuries, or liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, arising from or in any way related to participation in any classes.
Refund for any cancelled class or package will subtract the processing fee already paid to Paypal or Square during booking.
For all one on one sessions, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. You will be charged if you’re a no show or don’t cancel before 24 hours.
Slackline deposit will not be refunded if you cancel or fail to attend the slackline classes.
Out of consideration to the teacher and students, there is a 48-hour cancellation policy for Movement Weekend Workshop. If you need to cancel out of a workshop you have pre-registered for and give me 48-hours notice that you will be unable to attend, there is 20% charge to you. After the 48-hour point there are no refunds or credits.
