60 minute session dedicated to videoing your stroke from 2-3 different angles including under the water and an initial analysis on the pool side, showing strengths and areas for improvement. We will identify key points and then start making some adjustments based on my analysis.
Following the session at Freyberg, I will analyse the videos footage in details at home and email you a link to view the analysis with my comments.
