Reformer pilates is contrology style training using the the exclusive align pilates M8 reformer model , reformer pilates will challenge your body. It is a style of exercise to help strengthen the foundations of the body.
LEAN 6 - TRAINING PROGRAMME
'LEAN 6' is a six-week training programme which includes:
· Initial consultation
· 18 x Personal Training sessions (3 p/week)
· 6 week spin block

Evolve can be a hybrid style training programme incorporating reformer style training as well as muscle building, it is 100% tailored on you own performance needs based on your initial consultation goals.

· 24 x Personal Training sessions (3 p/week)(£30 per session)
· 16 x Fitness Classes (2p/week)(£0 per class)
