MEMBERSHIP
By signing up for membership, you have agreed to a recurring monthly membership auto-pay. Memberships are billed in one-month increments. Memberships are paid in full at the start of each billing cycle.
This membership is for a one year contract agreement. Cancellations will be granted 30 days after written notice at the end of the one year.
MIND BODY ONLINE AND CLASS SIGN-UP POLICIES
All clients must sign-up on MindBodyOnline (MBO) in order to attend class. Upon arrival, clients are responsible for signing into class on the studio iPad.
Electronic Agreement Date will be your date of purchase.
