Personal Training with me ONLINE & have a program specifically designed for you to use at home or in the gym. Using an app which helps us take your training to the next level whilst keeping track and making exceptional progress along the way.

+ There will be 3 strength workouts designed for you each week on the app, and you will also receive a link to my 6 week online program (valued at $100) for some extra workouts, meditations and so much more to do on the other days.
So you’ll have a huge variety of workouts to choose from to keep it interesting.

If you are looking for more specific results and need that extra help and push along the way then this is the way to train with me. We have weekly check ins every Monday morning that are non-negotiable where we – set goals and intentions every week and find simple and realistic techniques/strategies to reaching them.

+ Find out your “WHY” and figure out what has been holding you back or stopping you from reaching this goal so far.
+ Talk about the workouts the following week and if there’s any issues you may be having
+ I help you stay on track with your nutrition and so much more.

This style of coaching is suited to someone who needs that extra push and motivation on a weekly basis, who needs daily accountability with their nutrition and exercise.
