For a low price of just $250, you can come in and decorate your choice of canvas -cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cookie cake, PLUS 2 frostings, 2 large fondants, and 2 sprinkles.Then Decorate!

Summer Pass Details:
Summer passes are valid from June 10th, 2024 through August 18th, 2024. All time frames will be enforced. Passes are valid the following days and time :
Days and times will be enforced, summer passes cannot be used on a non pass days or time. In the event the studio is closed on a summer pass day, no studio credits or refunds will be issued. In the event the summer pass is lost, stolen or not used, no studio credits or refunds will be issued. Summer passes cannot be combined with any other offers, vouchers or coupons.
Summer Passes include the following:
PLEASE NOTE: The name of the adult listed on the pass will need to be present and show ID. No exceptions. Additional adults cannot be added. Please verify that the name listed above will be the person using this pass (This can be a grandparent, babysitter, etc).This adult MUST have photo ID every time they use the pass.There will be no exceptions. Please note all items are based on availability -- there is no guarantee on availability of canvas, product colors, or flavors.
Refund / Rescheduling Policy:
Summer Passes are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. Summer passes can not be applied to workshops, events, or birthday parties.
Allergies:
We DONT accommodate any type of food allergies. None of our cakes/cupcakes contain nuts as an ingredient. However, our cakes and cupcakes are baked at a kitchen where nuts are an ingredient in other products. We cannot guarantee that their environment is completely nut free or free of cross-contamination. If you or one of your guests is highly allergic we recommend not eating our product. All studio comes in contact or works with peanuts, dairy flour. If you register your child that has an allergy you WILL NOT be refunded. No special foods cant be brought into our studio.
Terms & Conditions:
All terms and conditions are agreed to once payment is submitted . There are NO refunds. If any person (kiddo, parent, etc) becomes aggressive or disruptive, they will be asked to exit the studio. We have the right to refuse service and/or cancel any passes due to behavior with NO refund or credit offered.
Charge backs :
If any customer initiates a charge back with their bank, we will take full legal action for theft. All workshops and parties are NON REFUNDABLE. Any and all legal fees will be at the customers expense, including small claims court fees and judgement fees. We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time, so please review it frequently.
NO outside food or drinks are permitted inside the studio. All pictures taken by Jubilee Cake Studio within the studio may be used by Jubilee Cake Studio and its affiliates for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media posts, etc. No monetary exchange will be offered to any guest.
Legal:
In the event Jubilee Cake Studio pursues legal action against another company or customer for any reason, any and all legal fees will be at the customers / company's expense, including but not limited too small claims court fees and judgement fees. We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time, so please review it frequently.
