This is a 3-session program that includes ONE Initial Hypnosis Session that is 1.5-2 hours long and TWO 1-1.5 hour long Subsequent Hypnosis Sessions.
Please plan for your first session to be up to 2 hours in length and your second and third sessions to be between 1-1.5 hours in length. Your practitioner will be doing hypnosis as well as discussing your unique needs and tailoring the program just for you during your Initial Hypnosis Session.
Each Subsequent Hypnosis Session typically includes a discussion of your progress and troubleshooting any remaining challenges as they come up, followed by transformational restorative hypnosis and post-hypnotic suggestions in alignment with your goals.
