1. Puppies/dogs must be healthy and up-to-date on immunizations to attend class. Proof of immunization is due before arriving at the Behavior & Enrichment Center. You may email proof to info@thelearningdogacademy.com or upload the document. If your pup/dog has vomited, has diarrhea, has a fever, or is lethargic within the previous 24 hours, he/she may not use the Behavior & Enrichment Center.

*Less than 16 weeks: distemper/parvovirus/adenovirus combo, and negative fecal result.

*Over 16 weeks: Rabies, distemper/parvovirus/adenovirus combo, and negative fecal result.

2. Dogs must be on a leash when outside the Behavior & Enrichment Center during potty breaks or when coming into or leaving the building.

3. Let your dog be a dog! Our goal is to provide a safe, stress-free environment for dogs to do doggie things. But, accidents might happen. Please clean up after your dog. There are cleaning supplies (paper towels, cleaner, poo bags) at the counter.

4. Payment must be made at registration.

5. Weather cancellation - If the road conditions are unsafe or Brighton Schools are canceled, then the Behavior & Enrichment Center will be closed.

6. The Learning Dog Academy will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible. However, to the extent that The Learning Dog Academy is insured for any unintentional or negligent errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions, The Learning Dog Academy will be responsible for any such acts or omissions, but only to the extent of such insurance. I have been told by The Learning Dog Academy and understand the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself or others, and consequently, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times, and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Learning Dog Academy of any all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by my dog.

7. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service.

8. I hereby agree to abide by the rules and policies of The Learning Dog Academy's Behavior & Enrichment Center as set forth in this contract. I understand that attending Behavior & Enrichment Center is not without risk to myself, members of my family, guests who may attend, or my dog. In consideration of, and as an inducement to the acceptance of my application for using the Behavior & Enrichment Center, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Learning Dog Academy, its officers, directors, instructors, agents, employees, and/or representatives of any and all claims, or claims by any member of my family, or accompanying guests of mine of injury, expense, costs or damages to myself, my dog or any handler sponsored by me both in class and out of class. In addition, I agree that I will defend and indemnify The Learning Dog Academy for any injury, expense, costs, or damages to any dog handlers or dogs, whether sponsored by me or not or to third parties arising out of my own actions or the actions of my dog. I have read the above-stated provisions and agree to accept those responsibilities.
