Spa Memberships require a 90-day, or 3 month commitment before it converts to a month-to-month membership. Changes to membership must be done in writing 30 days prior to billing/charge periods. Submit written notice via email and or text to make any changes. Your membership can only be redeemed by the person who purchased it, which should be you. Services, rewards, and perks can not be used or transferred to another person, and must be used within that month. Services, rewards, and perks of membership will not roll over to the next month. The membership is a use it or lose it program.

Membership Services & Appointments: Once you pay for your membership you will be allowed to book services! There will be a code given to you, use that code to redeem the following services each month. You are allowed to redeem (1) Soulful Glow Deep Cleansing Facial OR (1) Men's Detoxing Facial AND (1) Glow-on-the- Go! Express facial with (1) free add-on (excluding Dermaplaning, Stem Cell Treatments & or Back Massages) each month! Any advanced treatments can be paid separately. Please try to communicate ahead of time if you want to get additional treatments so that you can be scheduled appropriately.

Payment Plans, "After Glow" payment options, please be advised that you will be required to maintain a valid card on file. You will be responsible to make any changes in payment methods prior to the billing dates. Please submit changes via email and or text to avoid additional charges that may occur from declined payments. When using our payment plan option, remember that you are responsible to pay your full remaining balance by the end of service, or in the case of a missed or cancelled appointment outside the timeframe in our policy.

Gift Certificates: Please reach out for any questions prior to purchasing. THE GIFT OF GLOW, New Client ($150) is a full 2-hour service facial, perfect for all new clients which includes a skin and product consultation, mini massage and more! THE PERFECT GIFT ($60) is redeemable for the Glow-On-The-Go! Express Facial OR Fresh Face FRIDAY Facial. These facials are full services but without the consultation, massage and is about 1-hour service.
