If I am purchasing a package, I have verified that there are enough times available that work for my family. (View the schedule here.)

Package Expiration: Lesson credits from private and semi-private lesson packages expire 180 days from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind that many areas only have swim lessons available seasonally. Packages are meant to be redeemed in the same season they are purchased.

Cancellation Policy: Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice for any reason will be due the full charge for the lesson and will be subtracted from the package credits. Lessons cancelled due to unsafe weather are non-refundable, but are eligible to schedule a makeup lesson. Group class registration are unable to be cancelled or refunded with less than 14 days notice.

Behavior Standards: Safety of our swimmers and instructors is of utmost importance during our lessons. We reserve the right to end a lesson or discontinue lessons without refund if a swimmer is a danger to themselves, other swimmers, or their instructor. If you see or are made aware of your child having difficulty following safety and behavior standards, please assist the instructor with enforcing the rules or remove your child from the lesson.

Refund Policy: Unused lesson credits are refundable for 30 days from the date of the first lesson scheduled. In the rare case that we process a refund, a $25.00 service charge and the 3.5% plus $0.30 card processing fees that are non-refundable to us will be deducted from your refund. Group classes are non-refundable 14 days prior to the class start date. Refunds processed for group classes before 14 days will incur the refund fees noted above.

Group Class Makeup Policy: Group classes are lessons with more than one family that are hosted at a pool arranged by Arizona Mobile Swim. No credits or refunds will be given for absences at group classes. Should the pool become unexpectedly available for maintenance or the instructor becomes ill, a makeup class shall be added on to the schedule for the same time and day of the week. Should the instructor become unexpectedly incapacitated and unable to complete the series or classes, a pro-rated refund will be granted based upon the percentage of classes that were completed (no additional fees will apply).
