Once you've booked, you'll receive a separate email with all your confirmation and appointment details. Your appointments will be arranged for you, and you'll receive automatic reminders from Acuity. If you wish to change any of your appointment times, you can do so via the confirmation/reminder emails from Acuity.
Please try to arrive as close to your start time as possible, and give at least 24 hours' notice for changes and cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or are more than 30 minutes late for your session, your session will be forfeited.
If you are booking a payment plan, you agree to make all payments on the plan.
If at any time within 30 days of booking you wish to cancel your package, any sessions you've already had will be charged at the full rate and you will be refunded for the rest, minus a pro-rated service charge. Refunds are not given after 30 days.
