Sessions related to Reiki Classes must be used within the specified time frame. Contact me if you are unsure of available dates!

All sessions of packages must be used within the period of time indicated on the package description, starting on the date of purchase.

Packages and gift certificates are not refundable. They may be transferable, at the sole discretion of Lisa Bedoya. Transferring a package does not change the end-date of the package.

Subscriptions may take up to 60 days to cancel, depending on when cancellation request is submitted. Subscriptions are meant to encourage regular support and self-care. "Roll-overs" to the next month may be available at the discretion of Lisa Bedoya, but are not guaranteed.

According to Massachusetts law, gift certificates are valid for 7 years. (Packages and subscriptions may be presented in the form of a voucher with a scheduling code, but they are not gift certificates.)
