Most of us are so concerned with preparing for labor + birth, we forget to equip ourselves fully with support for postpartum. In this class we will go over both the logical/planning side of postpartum (making sure your lawn gets mowed and you have food to eat) as well as prepare for the emotional side of being a new parent and settling into the unknown. How can we prepare our relationships, our household and our communication styles for postpartum?
