1. When are the classes offered and do I have to pre-schedule my child to attend?

All classes are offered at various times throughout the week and on the weekend. It is REQUIRED that you preschedule your child for these classes. By pre scheduling, you guarantee a spot for the class over drop-ins. Class schedules are available on the website and are subject to change monthly.

2. What are the cancellation policy?

Due to the limited number of participants per class we require a 24 hour advance notice of cancellation.

3. What is the refund policy?

NO REFUNDS - Credits are applicable only toward future fees for use of the service and are not convertible into cash or any type of cash refund - ALL FUNDS ARE USED UPON RECEIPT - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Charge Back Policy

The Company reserves the right to charge the client/customer with a research and administrative processing fee, depending on the fees/charges of the Payment Service Provider, if a chargeback is placed by the Client with his/her credit card company (either intentionally or unintentionally) for any charges made to the Client's account. This fee will be used to cover all investigative expenses to prove that the charge was made by the Client for services previously rendered and no refund policy agreed to prior to receiving the chargeback request from the Company's merchant provider/payment service provider.

USE OF FACILITIES AND RISK THERE OF:

Member acknowledges that the use of Eyecan Athletics, to include but not limited to the equipment provided and the exercise and activates to be engaged in by the member, involve a degree of risk. Member expressly assumes any and all risks related to the use of all Eyecan Athletics, facilities, sponsored activities, and/or any transportation provided by Eyecan Athletics. Member releases, indemnifies, discharges, absolves, and agrees to hold harmless Eyecan Athletics, it’s agents, employees, instructors, officers, shareholders, partners, and successors from any and all claims, suits, demands, causes of action, damages or liability arising out of, or in any manner related to, any activity engaged in by the Member at Eyecan Athletics or the use of any of its facilities. I hereby waive any and all claims for any and all injuries I may suffer under any circumstance, including but not limited to those claims arising from the negligence of Eyecan Athletics, its employees, agents, servants, invitees, co-members, contractors, or sub-contractors or otherwise. Eyecan Athletics is not responsible for personal belongings.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: 

In the event of inclement weather/hazardous conditions Eyecan Athletics will follow the Katy ISD school closings. If the district is closed for the day our classes will be cancelled for the day. If inclement weather starts in the afternoon, all classes will be held at the discretion of the instructor. Decisions to cancel classes will be made 1 hour prior to the start of classes and an email will be sent to all members. Please make sure to check you emails prior to the start of class.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

1. Athletes are to be dropped off no sooner than 10 minutes before their session begins and to be picked up immediately following their session. Eyecan Athletics is not responsible for children left unattended.

2. All non-participants must stay out of the training area. Seating is available in the parents area. All non-participating children must be supervised by an adult.

3. Athletes not in session must remain seated.

4. No parents or non-participating children are permitted in the training area at any time.
