Click on the single session option.
Scheduling your session.
- Select your coach (or any coach available)
- View schedules
- Confirm registration
To modify any booked session, click on the cancel / reschedule links in the confirmation email you receive.

Booking instructions (Package bundles):

To view scheduling options before you purchase a training bundle, please select a single session option (follow directions above), before moving on to #2.
Click on the Package Bundle you'd like to purchase
Complete the registration details and payment.
You'll immediately receive a confirmation code (this will also be emailed to you).
- Use the confirmation code to book your sessions all at once, or book your sessions over time.
- When you use your confirmation code, it will automatically deduct available sessions from the balance of your package.

Session Locations (all purchase options):

Sessions are available in Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Granite Bay, Loomis, Sacramento, Rancho Cordova and Folsom. When completing the registration form, select your preferred field from the list of provided locations. If you want to train at a different field or area, contact us for availability.
