Ready 4 itness Personal Training is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.

I am aware that I am performing exercises at my own risk and I will hold myself responsible for any personal injury whilst participating in zoom/outdoor classes and agree to release and discharge Lauren Taylor trading as Ready 4 Fitness Personal Training from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of any perceived negligence.

Subscriptions: The weekly/monthly amount will be direct debited from your account automatically. You must let Ready 4 Fitness Personal Training know if you need to cancel and 24 hours notice must be given before the payment is due. Payments will still be direct debited unless a doctors certificate is shown. You may only unsubscribe if you cannot attend any sessions for 4 weeks or more. Credits will be given if Ready 4 Fitness Personal Training is absent.

Zoom sessions: Once you have booked, an invite to the zoom session will be sent to your email. You must download the zoom app and log into the session using the password.

Group classes: payments must be made in advance. Sessions are currently capped at 10 adults. Once you have booked, you will receive an email and you can schedule your class through the link and add to your phone calendar.

Private sessions: payments must be made in advance or through subscription. Please confirm time with trainer before booking. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance and clients will still be charged unless a doctors certificate is shown. Makeup lessons may be available subject to availability

I understand that I am responsible for my own children and understand the risks involved whilst bringing my children to the group or 1 on 1 classes.

Cancellation & Termination Policy

Cancellations

If the client has to cancel a scheduled appointment, there will be no refund, however, if there are spots available within the same week, a makeup can be made if the cancellation was made 24 hours before the session.

Failed Payment Fees

Subscriptions only: Where any subscription payment fails, a onetime fee of $5 will be charged.

Photo and Digital Consent

Ready 4 Fitness Personal Training regularly reproduces photographic or video images of individuals on social media, promotional material and on the website. These images are used to promote the services or describe its activities. The images may be used for publicity and advertising purposes in any media and for commercial or non-commercial purposes of the business.

Ready 4 Fitness Personal Training wishes to use and reproduce one or more photographs or video images of you for these purposes and is seeking your consent to do so.

Consent

I agree to be photographed, video recorded and or audio recorded by Ready 4 Fitness Personal Training to use and reproduce the photographic or video images of me with or without my name and for the purposes outlined above.

I also agree that I will make no claim against Ready 4 Fitness Personal Training for any payment or fee for being photographed or recorded or appearing in promotional material or advertisements and release Ready 4 Fitness Personal Training, its officers, employees and agents from any liability arising out of Ready 4 Fitness Personal Training’s use of the images of me.

I waive any right that I may have to review or approve the image/s prior to them being used or reproduced.

By agreeing to these terms, the Client acknowledges that they have read and fully understand the scope and terms of this agreement.
