Terms & Conditions

1. Package In-home sessions must be used within six months.
2. No refunds on unused sessions.
3. Group classes must be commenced within three months of last In-home session.
4. There will be no refund on sessions that need to be cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled session. Only exception to this is the dog being unwell or other exceptional circumstances.
