8 Group Classes per month with Krista at MVP. This membership entitles you to standing reservations in 2 classes per week of your choice--ideally, the same classes weekly to encourage consistency. (1 makeup class per month will be offered as a courtesy for planned absences.)

4 classes per month/1 per week. Generally intended to be used for the same class weekly, but if there are spots available in other classes, subscriber may schedule a makeup class at a different time (providing it is an appropriate level) or upgrade to a 30-minute private session for a $25 surcharge. No refunds for missed classes. Select "makeup" classes will be offered approximately every 6 weeks for planned absences.
