By signing up to this program and making your first payment, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Coaching Commitment
   Once we begin our coaching program I consider myself to be fully committed to you and your success. I know you will be committed to your success as well. You will only gain the benefits of your coaching program if you undertake agreed action between our coaching sessions. While I will check in with you to help keep you accountable, by committing to your coaching program you agree to complete these actions and to take full responsibility for achieving your goals.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
   Your session time is reserved especially for you with preparation done by me ahead of time. I value our time together and know you will too by respecting and keeping our appointment. I understand that sometimes things do arise and you may need to reschedule your appointment. You can do this by using the Acuity booking system at any time, provided more than 24 hours notice is given. Cancellations occurring within a 24 hour period may result in your session being forfeited.
3. Online Coaching
   Unless we have agreed to an in-person appointment (minimum 2 hour session), your coaching sessions will be held online via Zoom. Please ensure that you are in a quiet place where you feel relaxed and able to speak openly without distractions or others listening in. You may find that wearing earphones will allow you hear and be heard more clearly. If for any reason your camera is not working, or we experience technical difficulties, we can continue to conduct our session with both cameras off or over the phone. I assure you that even though we cannot see each other, I will still give you my utmost attention!
4. Contact
   I welcome you contacting me via email between our sessions. This is a service I provide to all my coaching clients and can be a surprising way to shift, grow, develop and move more quickly towards your goals. While most replies will be via email, if I need to clarify something or discuss it in more depth, I may call you. However, it is expected that you will respect my time and not call me unless we have a prior arrangement or you are returning my call.
5. Confidentiality
   In order to achieve the best possible results, you will be honest and accurate with all information supplied, so that I can support you in the best possible way for your situation. In return, I will ensure that your personal information and business circumstances are kept confidential, unless you agree to share your experience of working with me in a Testimonial or Case Study. Throughout our time together, I may share methodologies, tools and resources with you as part of your coaching program, many of which are subject to copyright. You agree not to share or reproduce these materials, except for your own personal use.
6. Limits of Coaching Services
   Coaching can be personally challenging and may bring up feelings of frustration, stress and other deep emotions. This is perfectly normal and I will do my best to support you when these deeper emotions surface and help you feel safe and able to move forward through this process. However, you acknowledge that the coaching services that I provide are not offered as a substitute for counselling, professional mental health care or medical care, and that I am not qualified as a counsellor, mental health professional or medical provider. Therefore, you will not hold me liable for any loss or cost incurred by you in the event of mental, physical or emotional stress or distress caused directly or indirectly in relation to your coaching program. If any concerns regarding your mental or physical health arise during your coaching program, I may recommend you seek help from a suitably qualified professional and may postpone our sessions until you feel ready to resume. A refund may be negotiated if it looks unlikely that you will be able to continue with coaching for some time.
7. Payments & Refunds
   For payment plans, you are required to make all payments as agreed, even if your scheduled payments extend beyond the timeframe of the program. If after your first full session with me, you decide not to continue with the program, I will gladly cancel your payment plan or refund you for any future sessions paid upfront. Once we have moved into session 2, you will be expected to complete your program as agreed. If you experience unexpected financial hardship or other challenges that mean you are unable to complete your program, please discuss this with me to work out the best arrangement.
