CPR for the Mind - Self Paced Course

The self-paced course leads you through eight in-depth videos discussing some of the fundamentals of mindfulness with Drs. Doshi and Hourmouzis. 

You will also be able to utilize the course workbook, which contains more details, explanations, and exercises to practice daily. It also contains a logbook for you to track, and encourage, consistency. 

You can work the course at your own pace. We recommend doing it over 8 weeks, but you can go as fast or slow as you like.
