Basics of Alignment
This package is for the 4-week Basics of Alignment course. We will cover the foundations of alignment, how to use alignment points and markers to assess your own alignment and movement patterns, and you will get plenty of personal attention to answer any questions. This course is designed to clarify concepts taught by Katy Bowman/Nutritious Movement in her books, podcasts, and blog posts.
