It’s easy to get swept up in the hustle and bustle of daily life, so be proud of yourself for creating the time to slow down and check in! Below, you'll find some pertinent information so please read carefully:

Credit Card Policy

A card on file is required to hold the appointment but you will not be charged until after the session.

Cancellations

If you will be late to your appointment, please let me know by text at 817-938-1821. If I have not heard from you 15 minutes after the appointment start time, the session will be considered a "No-show" and you will be charged the full amount for the session. Cancellations / reschedules within 24 hours will also be charged at the full rate. In order to avoid this fee, feel free to send someone in your place.

Covid-19

If you are feeling sick or have had a fever within 3 days of your appointment, please reschedule. Similarly, do not schedule an appointment if you have been exposed or are showing symptoms of Covid-19.

Lastly, receiving bodywork after an intense workout is appealing (and beneficial), just make sure to hydrate and shower before your session.
