Soft tissue therapy appointments require 24 hours' notice of cancellation otherwise the fee is payable (except in the case of increased risk of infection eg Covid19).

Packages of 4 soft tissue therapy treatments will be booked with maximum gaps of two weeks between appointments, with the exception of unavailability for example due to holidays.

Yoga/meditation classes: Block bookings for group classes are non-refundable. Drop-in classes require 24 hours' notice of cancellation otherwise the fee is payable. For video archive products, I will not share links/passwords with any third party.
