Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required when canceling or rescheduling any appointments. Missed appointments or no shows will result in a $45 fee that will be charged one hour after any missed appointment unless other arrangements have been made and approved in writing. This policy applies to all sessions, engagements and bookings that are not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours including Complimentary Coaching Sessions and Consultation appointments. Any No Shows will result in the $55 dollar cancellation fee.

Refund Policy:

There is no refund for individually booked sessions or packages. However, these sessions can be rescheduled if 24 hour notice is given or at the discretion of the coach. Coaching packages are non refundable. However, your coaching package does not expire and will continue to be honored. Coaching packages can be transferred or adjusted as your needs change.
