This Agreement is Made Between the Coach, Jc Jones and the Client, (You)

Package Coaching Sessions consist of multiple weekly sessions to be used within 190 days of purchase. Each session in the package will be 60 minutes in duration.

Terms:

This agreement will begin upon acceptance and will continue until package is complete. When you purchase a package, you will be given a code, which you can then use to schedule each of your appointments included in your package. If for any reason the Coach or Client wishes to end the coaching relationship, Seven days notice must be supplied. Any unused sessions at this time will be refunded at a rate of $50.00 per session.

The services to be provided by the coach to the client are coaching session via ZOOM, or as designed jointly with the client. After scheduling your appointment, you will receive your link to your ZOOM meeting in your confirmation email. Be sure to install the ZOOM app onto your phone or computer prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client's life or profession.

Upon completion of the package, coaching will end unless client wishes to purchase a new coaching package.

Confidentiality:

The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential.

Coaching Relationship:

Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client, and the client agrees to do just that: have the coaching relationship be powerful.

Declaration: I understand that I am working with Jc Jones for professional life coaching at the agreed fee. Professional coaching is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Since professional coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply. These fees may be considered deductible business expenses.
