Online pranayama and meditation practices

Gain monthly (4 weeks') access to online therapeutic breathing and meditation practices guided by me, a Yoga Therapist. All practices are available via your device or computer on Vimeo, a large video hosting platform (no additional software required by you!)

Each month 2-3 additional pranayama (breathing) or meditation practices are added. Practices range in length from 5 - 30 minutes, are suitable for beginners to intermediate and no prior yoga experience is required. However it is important to seek medical advice if you are unsure about commencing. Ideally these practices are completed in sitting however many can be done in lying.

The practices include traditional yogic breathing techniques with instruction; practices to restore your natural energy flow; guided meditations to enhance mood and brain behaviour; practices to balance emotional energy and create calm. Practices are a mix of audio and video recordings.

The 4 weeks of access commences on payment and no refunds are available once payment is made and the password provided. To purchase several month's access, click the 'Quantity' box on booking i.e. '3' for 3 months' continuous access.
